Levinarium, No.

Just watched this documentary by Tomasz Sekielski, and let me confess it’s far more impressive (and persuasive) than “Leaving Neverland”.

Moreover, it’s a new level of documentary journalism in general.

“Tylko nie mów nikomu” (“Only don’t tell anyone”, 2019) is one more film about harrassment and sexual violence: this time, Polish catholic clergy is in focus.

Anna, one of the victims, even meets her rapist several decades later, and the reaction is beyond any analysis or description.

The key moments are when the journalists at a press conference ask the representatives of the church, how many victims there really are and how many criminals were punished. The clergy are either silent or embarrassed. No additional comment is needed.

English title: “Only don’t tell anyone”, 2019
Original title (Polish): “Tylko nie mów nikomu”, 2019

Watch it only if you do have strong nerves and readiness to face the darkness.
