Levinarium, No.

When I have to work late and concentrate, I usually need instrumental (no human speech is used as the musical material) electronic music. It usually wraps me round entirely, and the thoughts run quicker and without oscillations.

Jan Hammer, Czech composer and pianist. His tracks might be classified as “light instrumental” music like Paul Mauriat or James Last, only in the electronic medium.

Mike Oldfield (England), same line with Jan Hammer, but is in most cases slower in tempo and without unexpected shifts in musical tissue.

Kebu, young Finnish DJ and composer has literally been a revelation to me. He follows Jarre’s path, but is also trying to find his own expressive language.

Vangelis, man-style, man-legend from Greece, one of the first composers and performers of electronic music, he exercised huge influence on the genre in general.

Carbon Based Lifeforms, Swedish duo, psychedelic ambient, downtempo, chillout.
