Levinarium, No.

Yegorievsk very rarely appears even among the local recommendations for a one-day visit. However, this little town in Moscow region (served mostly by buses) was a revelation to me.

Absolutely European, it was on the forefront of the discussion of the catastrophic situation in the Russian medicine (the first huge federally discussed scandal broke out exactly in the local hospital leading to the snowball effect).

However, local architecture is impressing too. The local 1935 Kitchen-Factory will definitely attract your attention and make you contemplate it for quite a long time.

Although the interiors are lost, the banisters on the main staircase inside are preserved the way they were at the very beginning.

Appreciate the huge windows (some of them are original) running along the smoothly curved façade to assure as much sun (natural light) as it is only possible.
