I launched my Telegram channel dedicated to symbols and cities, “Secretary of Everyday Life” (in Russian) + finally, after five attempts, understood Twitter’s advantages.

Started getting prepared for the first marathon in my life. So, to relieve the body, I have more swimming and yoga than gym.
